Chef Hansen – sounds very self-confident, but it’s actually just a nickname I got from a good friend a long time ago. And somehow it fits the theme of cooking and food – so, yes, a little self-confident, but the bottom line is, it works 😉 Oh, and very important: My good friend’s native language is French (fitting the theme of good food) – so it’s naturally pronounced Chef Ahnsen .
